New ACAS guidance on religion and belief in the workplace.

ACAS has published new guidance, dated May 2018, "Religion or belief discrimination: key points for the workplace"

It deals with the different types of discrimination: direct, indirect, victimisation and harassment.  And how these may apply in areas such as recruitment, dress codes and annual leave.

The pdf guidance can be found here, together with two other (word) documents: Religion or belief discrimination: ten considerations for employers and top ten myths.
