Led by David Bentley, Managing Director of Change Management Brokers and George Ruddock from Future Business, this four-day course will help you develop and implement a personalised strategy to address the challenges your organisations may face in responding to funding cuts, by looking at opportunities raise money through trading and becoming a social enterprise. Additional support will be available between meetings making this a complete support package.
