The Maple Centre was officially opened in September 2007 and is a focal point for businesses and the local community. It provides a welcoming environment for training, consultations, events, meetings, and drop-in sessions for all. 

Room Hire Facilities: Within the building there are two meeting rooms available for hire, the Peters Room and the Bright Room. The Peters room is ideal for training, it has a new ceiling mounted projector and has instant access to the internet. Both rooms have various equipment, the cost of which is included in the room hire: Laptops, Notebooks (x10), Electronic Whiteboard, Speakers, Flipcharts/Pens/Paper and hearing loop are available along with a photocopying service (at a cost 10p/sheet), all to make the hirers experience at the centre easier.  Evening and weekend bookings are available on all rooms/areas. The Maple Centre has free car parking, disabled car parking, and has disabled access and toilets. Moor Community Centre & Cafe:Pop in the centre for a coffee and a chat! The Community Centre & Cafe is run by a dedicated team of volunteers offering snacks, cakes, full english breakfasts and light refreshments for members of the local community and office workers. The team also offer a selection of buffet options and are available to book if you are holding a meeting in the Maple Centre as well as to those requiring outside catering. The cafe is open from 10am-2pm on Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's.    

Localism

Hunts Forum are now offering a specialist service to our members and community groups within Huntingdonshire to support, inform and advise in respect of the localism agenda and NHS reforms. A series of network meetings, staff meetings and one-to-one's with groups have already been held.
