How are carers over 50 planning for the future?

Carers Trust UK with support from the Health & Wellbeing Alliance are trying to find out how carers over 50 are planning for a future when they may be less able or unable to care.

Carers Trust has launched two surveys as part of a commission from the Department for Health and Social Care to run a project focussing on how older carers can best be supported.

Carers over the age of 50 are being asked to take part in a 10-minute online survey which seeks to identify good practice, what lies behind that good practice and identify any gaps in services. The survey can be found here.

There is also a survey specifically for organisations that are providing support to unpaid carers, which can be found here.
