Care Network Community Navigator – Huntingdonshire

The Role

Community Navigator  – Huntingdonshire 26 flexible hours per week, hybrid working, with one day per week based at either our Hardwick or Chatteris Office.


£17,555.79 per year for 26 hour week ( £12.985 per hour)

Community Navigators help people to stay healthy, independent and in touch with their community by providing information, advice and guidance to local resources and services. The right candidate will be a well-organised individual with a passion for their local community. Working with adults to assess their needs holistically, you will navigate to appropriate services – maintaining information and networks to keep your local knowledge up to date.

While wholeheartedly embracing the values of person-centred practice – individuality, independence, privacy, partnership, choice, dignity, respect and rights, you will work with each individual in a strengths-based way, through their whole journey with Care Network, with the priority being to help and support each person reach their best outcomes.

You will also be required to maintain up to date information resources and local networks in order to effectively signpost people to useful services and support.
