Triage Officer required

Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is an independent charitable organisation which exists to improve the quality of life for older people in the county. The Information and Advice Service is an essential part of Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough’s activities, offering a free, independent, impartial and confidential service for older people and their representatives.

The Triage Officer will be the first point of contact for the service, assessing and prioritising the needs of Service Users during their initial contact, and identifying the best approach to support individuals. The Triage Officer will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that Service Users are able to access support whilst promoting independence and self-resilience.

15 hours per week (Mon-Fri from 9am -12pm).
This post will be home based.

£9103 PA
