The Kite Trust are recruiting a Youth Worker to support the delivery of our Youth Work Programme. This will include facilitating activities within safe spaces for youth groups, providing individual support to young LGBTQ+ people, and supporting on residential and school holiday activities. You will join our team of dedicated and professional staff working to create an inclusive society where LGBTQ+ young people are healthy, successful and celebrated.
Role
This position will primarily cover the delivery of our Youth Work Programme in Huntingdonshire and East Cambridgeshire, where groups currently take place in St Neots, Huntingdon and Ely. This role has partly been made possible due to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund.
